- INTERRAIL PASS: We provide you with an Interrail Pass to cover all of your journeys. You must select the Interrail Pass required as per your age when travelling, via the drop down list provided. All our package prices are based on Youth Interrail Passes, so our clients who are over 26 years of age at the time of travel will be required to pay an extra £55 for an Adult Interrail Pass.
- HOTEL PACKAGE ACCOMMODATION: Throughout your trip you will stay in one of our pre-selected Hotel Partners. All our Hotel Partners are 3 and 4 Star Accommodation, approved by the local Tourist Authority, central to the City and close to amenities and public transport. Breakfast is included in the cost of some of the hotels. A Hotel package offers more luxury for those looking a little indulgence and relaxation throughout their stay.
- DETAILED TRAIN ITINERARY- TIME/CHANGE-OVERS/INSTRUCTIONS: As part of our E-Travel Pack, you will be provided with detailed train itineraries for your full trip. We provide all the information for your travels from departing time / station, right through to any change-overs involved and detailed instructions on any journeys which require reservations. Interrailingpackages put together travel options that are as efficient and cost-effective as possible, so that any reservations are kept to an absolute minimum. We also include a reservations guide which explains where reservations are required and where they can be purchased from.
- ACCOMMODATION DIRECTIONS & DETAILS: For you arrival in each city, you are provided with a detailed set of instructions / directions on how to get to your accommodation from the arriving train station. We provide all details including bus numbers, metro lines and simple walking instructions so that you arrive at your accommodation safely, efficiently and without lots of high roaming charges on your phone bill! Your accommodation address is detailed on both your itinerary & direction documents to help you along the way.
- CITY TRAVEL GUIDES: In order to assist you with your stay, Interrailingpackages put together a detailed travel guide on each of the cities you are visiting. This guide details the highlights of each city so you can experience the best of what’s on offer. Each guide includes the best attractions / sights to visit, as well as the top 5 rated bars and restaurants. From 2017 all our customers will receive our new ‘Not to be missed’ City Experience Feature, which provides you with a one-off-experience in each city, so that you have a truly memorable trip.

- APP ACCESS TO ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS: Interrailingpackages unique app gives you access to all your documents whilst on your trip. Once downloaded from the App Store / Google Play Store we load all your documents to the app and create you / your group a log in code. The documents can be accessed at any time day or night. The App stores your documents so they can be accessed offline without any internet connection leaving you with no worries about getting internet / wifi connections. The documents can also be sent in electronic format for access via email or other mobile device. We also load other documents to the app when required such as train/ferry tickets & bus tickets. In addition, you have the option of loading copies of your passport & travel insurance details to the app for safekeeping.

- COMMISSION FREE FOREIGN CURRENCY & FREE DELIVERY: In order to assist our clients with their holiday, Interrailingpackages offer a unique online service providing commission free foreign cash delivered directly to their homes. Using the Currency Guide we provide, our clients will be able to see which currencies they require for their trip and complete a simple currency order form to make their request. On receipt, Interrailingpackages will process the order and invoice you for the sterling equivalent. Whether you are browsing or have already booked your trip with us, this service is still available for you to use free of charge. Email us with the Package you are interested in / have already purchased along with your estimated departure date(s) and nearest airport(s) and we will source the best available flight options for you and send you a link to book, saving hours of browsing through sites & possible routes.
- FREE BASIC LANGUAGE/PHRASE GUIDE: Immerse yourself completely in each of your cities by using our basic language / phrase guide to communicate with the locals along the way. Our guide offers useful & simple phrases so that you can really feel part of the European experience. Each E-Travel Pack contains an emergency contact number enabling you to contact one of our team 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We are always at hand to ensure you are never alone and that any issues are resolved immediately. All our staff are fully trained and have immediate access to your trip itinerary so that you don't spend too much time & money explaining who & where you are!!
At Interrailingpackages we believe in keeping things as easy and straightforward as possible for our clients. That is why we have developed our unique 4 Step Booking Process to assist you.
The Register-Select-Process-Book process, takes you step-by-step through our website so you know exactly where you are being directed to, what you need to do to proceed, and what the next step is.
1. REGISTER: In order to assist you with booking your trip, you first need to register your account on the website. We require only basic data to register: Name, E-mail Address & Password. By creating your account you can save products to your wish list & sign up for our newsletter. Your account is also where you will access your order details later and make your payments on deposit paid orders. To register simply go to our homepage and click “Register” in the top left corner of your screen.
2. SELECT: Now that you have registered you just need to pick a suitable product from our range of 2, 3 & 4 Week Hotel and Hostel options. During high season the package prices may increase, however we will guarantee that this will not affect any clients who have already booked / paid a deposit. Early booking is advisable.
3. PROCESS: Now that you have selected your product you must begin processing the order by making the various selections from the options provided. Select the number of travellers, the ages of travellers at the time of trip and your room type. For those wanting to book separately but travel as part of a group of friends simply make the relevant selection and then add the details of your fellow travellers in the order notes on the payment page.
Next select your departure date. Don’t worry if you are not able to commit to this specific date yet as we will confirm your departure date after receipt of your order. Finally you have the option to pay in full or by instalment. Our instalment option lets you pay 25% of the amount due as a deposit for the trip. You then have until 6 weeks before your trip to log back into your account and clear the balance. You will receive detailed instructions on how to do this after we receive your booking. Click Book!
4. BOOK: Finally you are directed towards our check-out page, the last stage in your booking process. Here we confirm the amount due and the trip details. Once you are happy with this click “Proceed to Checkout” and you will be directed to the payment page.
The Payment Page provides you with an area to complete your full address details and your payment information. Here you can pay safely & securely via Sagepay, using a range of options including Mastercard Credit/Debit, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, American Express, Maestro and Solo. Remember to complete your information in full and when you are happy click “Place Order Now”. Allow the system a few moments to process your order and once everything is confirmed you will automatically receive a booking receipt & order number. YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS!!
On receipt we will begin processing your order immediately and we will send you across the Customer Information Form to complete in order to assist the booking process. From there you will receive notification of when you will receive your full trip information depending on your departure date.
